Collecting minimal personal data like name, address, date of birth, gender and email address must follow GDPR compliance.
Storing and transferring of that personal data must follow GDPR guidelines.
Where does GDPR apply?
GDPR is a European Union (EU) regulation that will apply to any organisation that processes the personal data of EU citizens.
When is GDPR a legal requirement?
A law was passed in April 2016 outlining the requirements, and, after a two years grace period, the enforcement date is
25th May 2018
