Flood hits BT broadband users including SW England

A flood in the Paddington area has disabled telephone and broadband services to thousands of customers in north and west London. Customers in other parts of the country have also been affected, including areas of the Southwest of England.
We have already experienced many customers affected including some who utilise internet based phone systems.

The worm disables system restore, blocks access to security websites, and downloads additional malware to infected machines.
