Our Service Desk successfully supports clients all over the world with a comprehensive suite of tools. 

These tools include a full range of remote screen control for both Windows PCs and Apple Macs, together with a Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) agent, we like to refer to as our “Solve-IT DNA”, as it becomes integral to a client’s IT environment.

Once our Solve-IT RMM agent is installed we can monitor key aspects of any Server, PC/Laptop and mobile device ,helping to keep on top of any problems before they can cause serious disruption.

Enhanced features of the Solve-IT Agent include Managed Antivirus and Managed Online Backup.  These additions allow our Service Desk to proactively monitor each device's virus definitions, Windows and other 3rd party updates from one central Dashboard; no matter where the client is located.
