IT Support and Service Desk
We offer Managed Service Agreements (MSA) allowing authorised users access to our Service Desk. This service can be accessed from anywhere; via phone or email, and we resolve over 95% of all calls remotely.
Faults within an IT environment will be resolved to predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and we often surpass our targets, consequently improving customer satisfaction.
MSAs are pre-defined, and priced according to your business needs, covering a 12 month period. Services are reviewed on a quarterly basis to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
Bundled IT Support Services
Solve-IT can also offer bespoke IT Service Support Packages in the form of Service Desk time. These are purchased in the form of 10, 20 or 30 hour bundles, discounted for payment in advance. This entitles authorised users to access the services provided by our Service Desk Engineers during normal business working hours.
