Viva Learning is used as a platform to make it easier for people to learn more skills while they are working. Viva is tied into loads of great online learning resources that you will already be familiar with, such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, skillsoft and many more across the learning ecosystem.
Viva Connections helps to inspire people to bring their best selves to work, wherever they are. It helps keep people informed of news and updates across the whole organisation, allows people to curate their own dashboard for 'one-touch' updates before returning to their normal duties, and even better - uses existing infrastructure
Microsoft Viva Topics automatically organises content and expertise across your organisation, making it easy for people to find information and put knowledge to work. Microsoft use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to look over your organisational data and automatically sees the content to be processed into easy-to-use content to help educate your users on processes, customers, and other common topics.
Finally, Viva Insights is used to gain insight into employee engagement, wellbeing and productivity. From one view, you can send Praise to a colleague, recharge with a mental wellbeing break from Headspace (a wellness app that provides a guided meditation or breathing exercises) and you can carve out "Protected Time" which means you won't get any notifications during this time, allowing for extra focus when its really needed.
Insights also links in with Microsoft To Do, a powerful list making tool.
